2.4 Pricing & Payment Terms (DirectPay Payment Gateway)

All prices listed on www.sweetaffairs.com.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online digital payments (Visa, Mastercard, Debit/Credit Cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets) processed securely through DirectPay, our authorized PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner operating in Pakistan.
Sweet Affairs reserves the right to revise menu prices, promotional offers, and delivery charges at any time without prior notice.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005 and applicable Pakistani laws, Sweet Affairs' total liability for any claim arising out of an online order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
