Shipping & Delivery Policy

4.1 Delivery Coverage Area

Sweet Affairs currently delivers across designated zones within Lahore, Pakistan, dispatched directly from our flagship kitchen at 2 A/P, Sir Syed Road, Gulberg II, Lahore.
Delivery availability to your specific sector or area is confirmed at checkout when you select your location.

Online Ordering Hours: Online ordering follows our cafe opening hours, which are generally from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Midnight) daily (or as adjusted in accordance with applicable government regulations and official notifications).
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard orders are typically delivered within 45 to 60 minutes from order confirmation, depending on kitchen volume, order complexity, distance, and traffic conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during peak dining hours, public holidays, promotional events, or adverse weather conditions in Lahore.

Delivery fees are calculated using distance-based rates measured from our shop at 2 A/P, Sir Syed Road, Gulberg II, Lahore:
- Within 3 km Radius: A flat delivery charge of PKR 300 applies to all orders within a 3 km radius of our Gulberg II cafe.
- Beyond 3 km Radius: Delivery charges for locations beyond the 3 km radius are calculated dynamically based on distance/zone and are clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment is finalized.

Upon placing an order on www.sweetaffairs.com.pk, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Please ensure your contact phone number remains active and reachable until your order arrives. Our rider will wait up to 10 minutes at the designated delivery address. If the customer fails to receive the order within 10 minutes, the shipment will be logged as Customer Unavailable and the amount will not be refunded in accordance with Section 3.3 of our Refund Policy.

Customers selecting the Self-Pickup option at checkout may collect their order directly from Sweet Affairs Cafe, 2 A/P, Sir Syed Road, Gulberg II, Lahore during cafe operating hours (9:00 AM – 12:00 AM Midnight, or as per government regulations) upon presenting their order confirmation number.
